I cannot recommend Livinko enough.
Having secured employment with an SME in Seoul, I inquired with several expatriate service companies about their visa consultant services. Most were either uninterested in our case or slow to respond. The guys at Livinko, being the exception, made themselves available at the company headquarters within 48 hours with a detailed list of documents needed and qualitative information the visa application process. Throughout the E-7 visa application process, the staff at Livinko coordinated every step while providing regular updates to myself and my employer.
The visa team’s knowledge, know-how and expertise showed through when immigration decided to play a little hard-ball with our application. Within hours, a solution had been devised and again Livinko kept all parties in the loop, resulting in a successful visa issuance a week later.
Livinko’s enthusiasm, dedication and overall quality service has ensured they have permanent clients in myself and my company, and I fully recommend them to anyone looking for expatriate services in Korea.

To Whom It May Concern,
Re: Letter of Recommendation
Ryan Kim, our ex-Relocation Consultant, was tasked to ensure our smooth relocation and transition when we were posted to Korea in June 2009.
We find him to be very competent, helpful and trustworthy consultant. With his vast experience in this field, he gave very good and sound advice to our home search. With his superior and insightful guidance, we chose a hose good enough to be called home. The negotiation with our landlord had been very much simplified with his strong initiative and meticulous attitude.
His after sales service has been most impressive. We are so thankful to have him, going beyond his scope of responsibilities and duties to ensure that our needs are well met, if not beyond. In a very different culture and language environment such as Korea, he addressed out area of concerns and eased our learning curve tremendously, without which our stay in Korea would be challenging.
Should we still be in Korea when our lease is due, we will definitely look for Ryan to represent us and to work on renewing or extension.
It was a great pleasure working with Ryan and we are fully supportive for his new business venture. We wish him many great blessings and prosperous returns in his new company, Livinko.

To whom it may concern,
On behalf of the PGA TOUR, The President Cup and my entire family, I would like to put forth a strong recommendation and express sincere appreciation for services provided by LIVINKO in support of relocating my family to Korea.
We have had the pleasure of working with Ryan Kim and Injae (Jay) Chang on our move and I can honestly say that from the beginning they have been nothing short to fantastic. Although this was not our first expat assignment, it was the first for us and for the company to Korea. I can honestly say that without LIVINKO we would have been lost.
It was clear from our first email exchange, that they not only knew the market very well and had extensive knowledge of both the cultural and business end nuances associated with relocation to Korea, they understood the stress and personal strife associated with a moving a family to a foreign country. They have been and continue to be extremely attentive and helpful when assistance is needed and seem to always figure out a way to accommodate – no task or situation is too great or too small – they go above and beyond at all times.
I would strongly recommend LIVINKO and their services to any company or individual looking to move to Korea. They are extremely professional and efficient in their dealings and they handle the details very well to the point that they have a knack for expecting the unexpected. More importantly they also connect on a personal level, that is so needed when the culture and language one is entering into is so unique and different.
